Baby Essentials

This pre-recorded course is completely free! It is my gift to you. (It’s not the most polished of productions but the information is good!)

Everyone deserves to have this information and reassurance. The videos cover normal newborn behaviour, infant feeding, sleep, mental health, nappies and your baby’s skin, and you can dip in and out at your leisure (or at the 3am feed).

If you would like to follow up with a 90 minute postnatal session, you can do so at a reduced rate of £30 instead of £60.

Postnatal Doula Support

One-off 90 minute postnatal support session (baby under 12 weeks). Ideal for helping you get to grips with feeding, normal newborn behaviour, baby-wearing or baby care (or all of those!).

Postnatal support can be provided during weekdays. Visits should be a minimum of 2 hours at a time, but individual visits can be spread out over a number of weeks, as can payments. Depending on your location a mileage fee may be discussed. It doesn’t matter how old your baby or child is, you can still have postnatal support. It might be practical so you can have a shower, or emotional because this shit is hard.
